PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Training that meets learners where they are

Digital DEVA provides accessible training and support for people who want to explore virtual assistant and remote work pathways.

Our programs support learners who may be new to digital work, returning to the workforce, rebuilding after major life transitions, or looking for more flexible ways to earn income.

We focus on practical skills, supportive instruction, and clear next steps.

THE DEVA ACCELERATOR

A guided training program for aspiring virtual assistants

The DEVA Accelerator is Digital DEVA’s cohort-based training program for women and non-binary people who want to build practical virtual assistant skills, grow confidence, and prepare for flexible remote work.

The program combines digital skills training, virtual assistant foundations, communication practice, workflow organization, remote work readiness, job readiness support, and confidence-building.

Learners are supported through a structured program that helps them move step by step from uncertainty to possibility.

WHAT LEARNERS BUILD

Through the DEVA Accelerator, learners build skills in:

The goal is not simply to complete a program.

The goal is for learners to leave with job-ready skills, clearer options, and a clear path to earning.

WHO THE PROGRAM IS FOR

The DEVA Accelerator may be a good fit for learners who are:

CAREER PATHWAYS

Virtual assistant work can grow in many directions

A new virtual assistant may begin with tasks such as email support, calendar management, document preparation, research, customer service, data entry, file organization, and social media support.

As a VA gains experience, the work can grow into specialized services such as bookkeeping, graphic design, project management, content coordination, systems support, podcast assistance, course support, grant support, or executive-level administration.

Virtual assistant work is not one narrow job.

It is a flexible remote work pathway that can expand with a person’s skills, strengths, interests, and experience.

DIGITAL LITERACY AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

Digital DEVA helps learners build confidence with tools commonly used in virtual assistant roles and remote work environments.

Training may include:

JOB READINESS AND CAREER LAUNCH SUPPORT

Preparing learners for the next step

Learning the skills is only part of the journey.

Digital DEVA also supports learners with job readiness and career launch preparation.

This may include:

●      resume support
●      online profile basics
●      portfolio preparation
●      interview practice
●      client communication
